Daniel Kane is a dedicated and highly skilled Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Queensland University of Technology. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, Daniel specialises in helping clients achieve meaningful lifestyle changes through weight loss, behaviour modification, and strength training. His professional passion lies in empowering individuals to overcome physical limitations and achieve their personal goals through tailored exercise programs.
Before pursuing his clinical career, Daniel studied philosophy at the University of Queensland, where his curiosity about human behaviour and motivation naturally led him to the field of exercise physiology. Daniel’s approach blends his understanding of human psychology with his expertise in biomechanics and physical health, ensuring his clients receive a holistic and personalised experience.
Raised in rural Queensland, Daniel attended the School of Total Education, an alternative institution that emphasised holistic development practices such as meditation, yoga, and breath work. These formative experiences shaped his interest in helping people achieve both physical and mental wellbeing through exercise.
Outside of his professional life, Daniel has a strong interest in sports, particularly surfing, skiing, snowboarding, and soccer. However, his ultimate passion remains helping others build strength, resilience, and the freedom to live without physical barriers. With a commitment to continuous learning and a client-focused approach, Daniel is here to guide you towards a healthier, more capable version of yourself.
